This company offers consulting services for the Cold Storage Industry. James E. Choate & Associates specializes in the unique problems caused by the clashing of very different environments - a field addressed by almost no one else in the industry.
An example of this effort is the designing of underfloor heating systems which prevent the earth under a facility from freezing. Such freezing can be a catastrophe for freezer floors.
James E. Choate & Associates has designed systems for new and existing facilities in many states and countries and also supply special equipment for implementing these designs. Unlike other efforts to solve these problems, our systems are both economical and long lasting. System failures are virtually unheard of, but when required, may be easily serviced.
